Shipping

kateandbudscloset.com ships all goods via United States Postal Service within the Continental US. Once order is placed, please allow 10-14 business days for your item to be hand-painted and delivered. All return postage will be at the expense of the customer. At this time Kate & Bud's Closet does not offer international shipping.

Your shipping cost is determined by your purchase price. Please refer to the shipping cost schedule:

Every effort will be made to ship goods out as soon as possible on a first come, first served basis, unless stock becomes back ordered. All items not back ordered are guaranteed for delivery within 14 days. In the case of back ordered or out of stock items, the customer will be notified by e-mail and/or phone and given the opportunity to change or cancel the order. When you complete an order through the website, you card is charged immediately. Orders cancelled for the above reason will be credited to the customer credit card.

Returns

All products purchased from kateandbudscloset.com are unique and bear hand crafted art. No two items will look exactly alike however every effort will be made to keep design as close to the one pictured on the kateandbudscloset.com website.

If an item received is unsatisfactory, we will exchange it for other item(s) of equal value or refund the full purchase price if returned within 14 days of receipt and only with a valid return authorization number.

Please note: special order items are not returnable. To obtain a return authorization number, click on the link to send an e-mail to returnauthor@kateandbudscloset.com and include the following information:

  • Customer name
  • Item purchased
  • Date delivered
  • Reason for return

Or, call customer service at 1-440-473-1315. Customers are responsible for return shipping for refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in new/unused condition. Any items returned that are not in a new/unused condition will be returned to the customer. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your credit.
