How does the garment wash?
All garments are machine washable, on gentle, and can be given a light tumble dry. If you prefer, the garments can also be hand washed and hung to dry. Either way, you can expect your garment to launder beautifully with minimal care! Wash instructions are on the hang-tag of each item purchased.
Will the garment shrink?
Most items are machine washed and dried before any art work is done. The cottons do shrink in the process, so please don’t expect much shrinkage at home! Always allow for a little extra size. If you need help, please send an email. Please remember that any special orders are not returnable.
I have looked at the sizing charts, but still feel a bit perplexed on ordering, any hints?
I always recommend adding a bit of size to the order. Some items, such as the web-exclusive T-shirts and the 3-tier ruffle dresses only come in even sizing. Please note that on these items, each size is cut a bit bigger to allow for the odd size above it. The dresses are cut to be a bit longer and look absolutely adorable with a pair of leggings to complete the outfit!
Why does it appear as if the sponged art is not completely filled in?
If you have chosen a sponged design, please note that the nature of the sponge does not give a "solid" impression within the outlines. This does not mean that the paint has washed off. Rather it is part of the fun of the artistic application used on the clothing.
Can I choose to personalize the design with a child's name?
Yes, please feel free to personalize any item. It makes for great gift giving. Please be sure that you have the correct spelling of the child's name, as personalized items cannot be returned.
